For many, a cancer diagnosis marks the beginning of one of the most deeply personal experiences a person will ever face. But as emotionally personal as cancer can be, sometimes treatment options are just not personal enough. Which was why our client’s trial was seeking people with a particular subset of the condition. With these facts in mind, we partnered with an embroidery artist to produce a series of sensitive portraits for use in our print and digital outreach campaigns. Work created stich-by-stitch – an approach that not only allowed us to create images that demanded attention, but which also allowed us to convey a very important message: when it comes to cancer, attention to detail matters.
